Kambing panggang is also known as roast lamb.

Our service focuses purely on whole New Zealand Roast Lamb which is more tender and juicier than Australian lamb. Additional lamb info :-

There are several roast lamb parts that best to be roasted which are leg, shoulder, end of neck, loin and breast. Our professional chef will slice each parts with ease, with proper hygiene methods.
